We have particular experience with encaustic tiles, which had a huge revival in the 19th century. Encaustic tiles are ceramic tiles in which the pattern or figure on the surface is not a product of the glaze but of different colors of clay. These beautiful tiles were widely used in many churches and fine homes.
If some of your heritage tile is already broken, we can remove it and replace it with reproduction tiles or good originals. This is all done without damage to the existing tiles that you do not want removed.
